He supported communities at grassroots in solving numerous challenges. He was generous enough to use his fortune and networks of his personal friends and well-wishers to support his community address the challenges they face.

When he retired from politics, he conceived  an  idea of  forming a foundation which would live long to serve the community he so loved.  He initiated it’s registration process but could not see it through as he passed away before he completed the registration and legal formation of the foundation.

It was at this crossroad that the family saw it wise to carry on with the legacy he left. The foundation has been registered to spearhead all the initiatives, dreams and aspirations that late Dr Ndesamburo had.
