Philemon Ndesamburo Foundation (PNF) begun to operate in 2009 not as an institution but as personal mission to the late Hon, Dr Philemon Ndesamburo a former three terms MP  for Moshi urban constituents from 2000 – 2015.

He supported communities at grassroots in solving numerous challenges. He was generous enough to use his fortune and networks of his personal  friends and well-wishers to support his community address the challenges they face.
